Whenever the list of categories are shown (eg. Categories, Budget, Select
Hierarchical position in list of categories) you have to expand either
"Expenses" or "Income" before you can see your actual categories.
People might have deeply nested categories, but it would save a lot of time if
the first view of the Category hierarchy showed the first two levels.
