I'll have to look closer at how it works with just building tools but I believe this error ``` make[3]: *** No rule to make target '/builddir/build/BUILD/kernel-6.14.0-build /kernel-6.14-rc6/linux-6.14.0-0.rc6.48.test.eln146.x86_64/tools/bpf/bpftool/bo otstrap/bpftool', needed by 'vmlinux.h'.
