Not totally sure, but I think this define on Fedora will override the users
choice, if the user on kicks a build using "--with-realtime".
The right thing to do would likely be doing something like this earlier in the
spec file (untested):
```
%if 0%{?fedora}
%define with_realtime %{?_with_realtime: 1} %{?!_with_realtime: 0}
%else
%define with_realtime %{?_without_realtime: 0} %{?!_without_realtime: 1}
%endif
```
