Enable DRM_CDNS_DSI_J721E for fedora

Some TI SoCs use this for DSI, such as the j784s4evm (who's dts from
the bsp can be seen below). This should allow DISPLAY_PORT1 to work
pending TI ironing out a few remaining issues with the display path
upstream.
