From Jaroslav Mracek in private email: "Our solver transforms `kernel-
redhat-0.1-42.el9` into name ('kernel-redhat'), epoch (not mentioned but
present in metadata -> `0`), version (`0.1`), and release ('42.el9'). The
version comparison is not a string comparison - it is more complex and it only
uses numbers from the string. Therefore from your example version in RHEL10 is
higher than the version in RHEL9. Therefore the upgrade will work."
