Commit ed44134e48a7 ("kernel.spec.template: Use SPECPACKAGE_NAME") allowed to
build kernel with a different package name, but it missed couple subpackages
were new name is not reflected. This MR is a preparation for project, which
uses non-default SPECPACKAGE_NAME value.
