@msalter Thank you for this, but it does step on the toes of MR !2103. Any time you find a config item under `pending-ark` that means there _should_ be an outstanding MR for it. I don't mind closing !2103 in favour of this MR or dropping the CONFIG_HP_WATCHDOG bit.
