Looking at how CONFIG_PTE_MARKER is set, I believe it is a dependent config variable that is to be set automatically when CONFIG_PTE_MARKER_UFFD_WP is set which further depends on when CONFIG_USERFAULTFD is set. IOW, I don't believe you should explicitly set it in redhat/configs.
