Thanks for the advice. I filed a bug in bugs.freedesk.org.
P.S. Besides the Nouveau issue that was fixed, I specifically tested
mounting an LZ4 squashfs file system with 3.19 and it worked. In a short
amount of testing I haven't had any problems with 3.19.
