Brighteness Controls are not existent in 15.04

Bug description:
I cleaned installed the latest imge of the 15.10 on my laptops (Xps 15 -) to
discover not only that the brightness controls don't work but also the
brightness setting has dissappeared. I have no idea why is this happening but I
thought I should report it so you could fix it.
