Bryan, just to clarify, is this an issue with suspend or hibernate? As well, could you please test the latest mainline kernel via 3.19-rc1 and advise to the results?

I never logged into the desktop, when I was done I unplugged the phone and closed the computer to put it back to sleep. The next time I opened the computer both the wireless and the bluetooth were down, the led on the computer for the wireless is off even though the physical sitch is on. I upgraded to 14.10 from 14.04 this morning hoping it may resolve this problem. I am aware this is a common problem.
