[Dell XPS 15z] Needs kernel parameter 'acpi_backlight=vendor
dell_laptop.backlight=0' or 'acpi=noirq' to boot

Bug description:
System will not boot without 'acpi=off' as the parameter.
WORKAROUND: Adding 'acpi_backlight=vendor dell_laptop.backlight=0'
instead of 'acpi=noirq' as the parameter works.
