Normally my wifi works well but bluetooth is not working at all. As I
don't really know what all this is about, but it seems that the
bluetooth can be fixed (at least more or less), I hope someone could
take the time to explain to me how I install this new drivers
https://github.com/lwfinger/rtlwifi_new (if that's what they are).

Bug description:
Big problem with this chip, WiFi still drops connection, and bluetooth does
not work at all.
However, I can fix WiFi with this https://github.com/lwfinger/rtlwifi_new.
But I still have broken BT, and not only me have the same issue.
We need support for rtl8723be.
