Bug description:
Binary package hint: b43-fwcutter
/usr/share/b43-fwcutter/install_bcm43xx_firmware.sh fails to download
firmware and returns an error if the machine is behind a proxy. This
causes the postinst script of the package return an error, which
paralyzes dpkg (it refuses to unstall/upgrade/remove/etc any
packages).
The script should honor the global GNOME proxy settings to operate
normally.
Apport postinst script crash info is attached.
