I can post screen-grabs but its intermittant, yet constant. What I mean is that it occurs every couple of seconds, but not every frame. It's less noticeable with tvtime, but is noticeable in all video applications trying to display from this tuner. I have tried different USB ports and changing kernels and changing other USB devices. I can make the problem go away by transcoding a video with Handbrake - this eats up a lot of CPU time and this seems to resolve the problem (race condition?) This is VERY annoying. My poor laptop is being thrashed by having to transcode a video everytime I want to watch TV. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
