For example, from full bright, I could hit the key several times and the screen will do nothing and then suddenly dim to almost the lower limit, while the indicator shows it slowly decreasing in brightness. Same for increasing brightness. There is no set pattern, sometimes nothing happens at all when using one key, until I hit the other to reverse what I just tried to do. The keys DO work, they just work erratically.
