Title: package firmware-b43-installer 1:014-9 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 4 Status in “b43-fwcutter” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: My Broadcom wireless was broken with upgrade to 11.10 (worked fine in 11.04). Installed b43-fwcutter to get it working. Now broken with recent upgrades (device not ready (firmware missing)) in notification area. Thanks - all else looks brilliant!
