14e4:4331 Cannot connect to 802.11n networks with Broadcom 4331

Bug description:
In 12.04 there is no support for 802.11n for BCM4331 found in MacBook Pro 8,2
and 8,3.
802.11g is supported with the b43 driver.
Currently the brcmsmac driver does not support BCM4331 at all
(it is listed in the todo:
