Bug description:
Big problem with this chip, WiFi still drops connection, and bluetooth does
not work at all.
However, I can fix WiFi with this https://github.com/lwfinger/rtlwifi_new.
But I still have broken BT, and not only me have the same issue.
We need support for rtl8723be.
Ubuntu 14.04, 3.13.0-37-generic.
