Steps to Reproduce
------------------------------------
In config file,
# CONFIG_SCSI_IPR_TRACE is not set
# CONFIG_SCSI_IPR_DUMP is not set
They are not set. Ipr device driver couldn't generate dump and trace
files for debugging.
