An update to the situation. updating to the newly released 6.14.0-34-generic broke all the drivers so bad that 2 of my side monitors stopped working and the whole system lagged a lot. rolled back to the 6.14.0-33-generic kernel. still got the v34 but using v33 until this bug is resolved.
