[Fix] This commit is 6.16 is require to fix the issue. 58d71d4242ce0 thunderbolt: Fix wake on connect at runtime [Test] 1. Boot up the system which has a TBT5 port on it 2. Check dmesg and make sure thunderbolt is runtime suspended, or wait around 20 seconds 3. Hotplug TBT monitor or TBT storage on the TBT5 port 4. It should work as expected. [Where problems could occur] It fixes TBT runtime wakeup logic, I don't see any possibility that may introduce regression.
