You may need to remove the 550 driver and reinstall it:
sudo apt purge *550*
sudo apt install nvidia-driver-550
For some reason, the old version (550.144) does not upgrade to the newer
one (550.163) that works with kernel 6.14

Bug description:
ran commands sudo apt update then sudo apt upgrade separately then
received several errors upon the upgrade that you can see from the
logs. I am not running any crazy software or services. Hope this
helps. Popup notified me several times of a bug and to report it so
here's the info with the logs. Thank you
