[Fix] The following fix was introduced in 6.17: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=9448ccd85336 Backport it to the P/N/J:azure trees (Questing already has it) in order to fix the issue for users of the linux-azure kernel. [Test plan] Build tested only; Microsoft will validate the bug fix. [Where problems could occur] Issues with this patch could cause hangs, lockups or generally some kind of network performance degradation for virtual machines running on top of Hyper-V.
