Bug description:
  [Summary]
During the kernel migration test, I found that a few HP laptops are
unresponsive over SSH, after checking them physically, they still can move the
mouse or launch terminal with hot-key, but failed to execute certain commands
like sudo reboot.

The last part of checkbox log was recorded while running Wi-Fi related
tests, then the test timed out. Their common point is using the same
  wifi module which is Qualcomm-17cb:1107.

  [Reproduce steps]
  1. Install GM image
  2. Run dist-upgrade to upgrade to 6.14-oem kerenl
  3. Run checkbox sru test plan

  [Failure rate]
  1/1
