Bug description:
[SRU Justification]
[Impact]
After upgraded the firmware-sof to v2.13.x on Noble for
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firmware-sof/+bug/2119516, the
ipc4-lib binary files also needs to be copied to the correct path. The system
will have DSP panic while loading sof-soundwire driver on Intel LNL platform.
There will be no functional audio input/output devices.
[Fix]
Only firmware-sof v2.13 on Noble needs to update the signed ipc4-lib binary
files for the DSP FW of the Intel LNL platform.
The firmware-sof on Questing are already in sync with tthe upstream version
v2.13.1 which already copy the required ipc4-lib to the correct path.
[Test Case]
1. Boot up the laptops powered by Intel LNL platform with sof-soundwire driver
2. Open settings->Sound->Output Device/Input Device
3. Check if there's valid input/output device instead of Dummy devices.
[Where problems could occur]
The ipc4-lib files are now for Intel LNL platform only and the updated v2.13
ipc4-lib is only for the updated v2.13 DSP FW. No regression expected at the
current stage.
