now works:

update both crash and makedumpfile. Sigh.

  Problem Description:
  crash utility is crashing (error code 1) when attempting to analyze kernel 
crash dumps.

  Setup kdump & generated kernel panic using “echo 1 >
  /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq” but, crash cannot access it:
