Bug description:
  [Impact]
  Dell Oasis laptops come with Cirrus smart amplifier have lower volume issue 
on left speaker. It needs the updated tuning files in linux-firmware.

  [Fix]
  Backport the fix from 28964e023a39 ("cirrus: cs35l41: Update Firmware for 
Dell Oasis") on linux-firmware.

  
  [Test Case]

  1. Boot up the Dell Oasis laptops.
  2. Open settings->Sound->Output Device
  3. Click test icon to separately test the left and right speaker
  4. Verify the sound output volume by ear from left speaker and right speaker.

  [Where problems could occur]
  It updated tuning files for specific Dell Oasis platforms by SSIDs. No 
regression expected at the current stage.
