[Impact]
Kernel error `zynqmp-display fd4a0000.display: no PHY found` is found
after booting into system.

[Fix]
* Backport 7cb2235eaf5a1b22 from [email protected]:Xilinx/linux-xlnx.git.
When SOM dt is combined with kd240 overlay DPSUB is enabled but kd240 has
no DP wired that's why change disable it via status property.
[Test Plan]
* Checked error message is gone after applying the patch.
[Where problems could occur]
* Turning off nonexistent hardware in DT, low potential for
regression.
