Bug description:
[ SRU Justification ]
[ Impact ]
To enable firmware support for OEM platforms with AMD ISP (Image
Signal Processing) using a second source of hardware.
[ Test Plan ]
1. Install linux-firmware from noble-proposed pocket.
2. Test camera availability using http://webcamtests.com as usual.
[ Where problems could occur ]
This is an opaque fw blob, we can only make sure it works on existing
platforms (both AMD CRB and Chiron).
[ Other Info ]
The proposed fw is under upstream tag 20250311 and has been available
since linux-firmware/plucky version 20250317.git1d4c88ee-0ubuntu1.
Nominate for Noble only.
========== original bug report ==========
This is for second hardware source. Proposed fix in
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-
firmware.git/commit/?id=1cc8c1bfa11251ce8bfcc97d1f15e312f7fe4df0
("amdgpu: Update ISP FW for isp v4.1.1").
This is based on kernel driver support landed in bug 2110092.
