Hello You-Sheng, or anyone else affected,

and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-
firmware/20220329.git681281e4-0ubuntu3.39 in a few hours, and then in
the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation on how
to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this
update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug,
mentioning the version of the package you tested, what testing has been
performed on the package and change the tag from verification-needed-
jammy to verification-done-jammy. If it does not fix the bug for you,
please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-
failed-jammy. In either case, without details of your testing we will
not be able to proceed.

Further information regarding the verification process can be found at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification .  Thank you in
advance for helping!

N.B. The updated package will be released to -updates after the bug(s)
fixed by this package have been verified and the package has been in
-proposed for a minimum of 7 days.

  [Impact]

  Lack of WiFi 6GHz support for Philippines on (TODO).

  [Fix]

  Upstream firmware commits under 20250211:
  * 608fdf4c iwlwifi: add Bz/gl FW for core93-123 release
  * c1252c30 iwlwifi: update ty/So/Ma firmwares for core93-123 release
  * 69e83a8d iwlwifi: update cc/Qu/QuZ firmwares for core93-82 release

  [Test Case]

  This cannot be verified outside Philippines and is delegated to
  ODM/chip vendor.

  [Where problems could occur]

  Opaque firmware. This can affect (TODO) cards.

  [Other Info]

  [iwlwifi kernel driver started to support 6GHz band since
  v5.11](https://www.phoronix.com/news/Linux-5.11-Networking), and the
  affected firmware API ranges from 77 (for v6.4+) to 96 (v6.14+).
  Nominate for Jammy/Noble/Oracular. Plucky and Questing already has
  them since version 20250310.git9e1370d3-0ubuntu1.
