No sound on Dell 16 Plus

Bug description:
I cannot get the laptop speakers and mic to work, Only output device
is "Dummy output".
When I connect bluetooth headphones, then I get sound in the headphones after
running
systemctl --user restart pipewire pipewire-pulse wireplumber
