before the update I could not start due to a "kernel panic" status:
KERNEL PANIC!
Please reboot your computer.
VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)

To resolve this issue started the computer in an older kernel and I made a:
sudo update-initramfs -u -k 6.14.0-27-generic
sudo update-grub

However:
sudo dpkg --configure -a
did not run without errors:
