Bug description:
[ Impact ]
Attempting to turn on bluetooth in the settings appears to work at
first, but then reverts to off a moment later. No error message is
shown.
[ Fix ]
Add missing firmware blobs.
[ Test Case ]
Verify Bluetooth is working.
[ Where Problems Could Occur ]
The fix adds new opaque firmware blobs. This should not cause any
regression.
