All tasks are schedule on core 0. The issue was first detected because of increased build time. stress-ng, confirmed the because stress-ng --cpu 32 didn't cause any spike usage on core 1-63 All the cpu report as online, /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuX/online = 1. AMI id ami-0836fd4a4a0b4f6ec was used and kernel 6.14.0-1010-aws was installed via apt upgrade.
