  This is a known issue - Arducam is providing a hotfix overlay. linux-
  raspi is patched on branches rpi-6.6.y and rpi-6.12.y, but not
  rpi-6.8.y.
  
  Copying over arch/arm/boot/dts/overlays/ov9281-overlay.dts and
  arch/arm/boot/dts/overlays/ov9281.dtsi from rpi-6.6.y seems to resolve
  the issue.
