Bug description:
Feature Description:
Even with AP Bus hotplug support, there's no configuration change
being reported to the VM. This can lead to a delay of up to 30 seconds
for the detection of the new configuration. By implementing the
respective CHSC SEI this latency can be reduced significantly.
