Bug description:
[Impact]
The /sys/power/suspend_stats/total_hw_sleep desn't increase while suspended,
because of the ASPM feature is not enabled on Realtek NIC.
[Fix]
Realtek provides 2 commits which are included in v6.15 to fix the issue
3d9b8ac53412 r8169: enable RTL8168H/RTL8168EP/RTL8168FP ASPM support
b48688ea3c9a r8169: disable RTL8126 ZRX-DC timeout
[Test]
1. check the value of /sys/power/suspend_stats/total_hw_sleep
2. suspend and resume the system
3. the value of /sys/power/suspend_stats/total_hw_sleep increases
[Where problems could occur]
Enable the ASPM on Realtek NIC sometimes lead to different abnormal behaviors.
We have done extensive tests on the target platform and make sure there is no
issue introduced by the ASPM feature.
