this is a hardware issue obviously.
The internal webcam is not working with Ubuntu 24.10 on the HP Envy x360 2-in-1 
(13-bf0063TU).

This might be an issue with IPU 6 (? i am not sure about that, just remember 
some other users reporting issues with the IPU 6 support in ubuntu 24.10).
Cheese does not show a picture/video - "no camera found".
