Bug description:
Cherry-pick the following commits:
From mainline:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=1c4193917eb3279788968639f24d72ffeebdec6b
From -next:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/next/linux-next.git/commit/?id=e0a911ac86857a73182edde9e50d9b4b949b7f01
The addition of the codec IDs allows the Linux HD Audio driver to expose the
correct capabilities for the affected devices, rather than using the generic
HDMI codec driver.
