When I open the lid the macbook turns on but screen stays black. If I then enter my password and press enter while the screen is black then when the screen turns on, it doesn’t show the desktop but shows the lockscreen, then shows that I’ve entered the password and then shows the desktop. Like all actions have been waiting for the screen to turn on. Not sure if this explanation is of any help. Maybe this bug should be moved to some other category if it’s some other issue.
