Bug description:
  [Impact]
  There is no support of new F9 hotkey on Thinkpad X9 series:
      - [  0,      0,   1, 240,       1] # EV_KEY / KEY_UNKNOWN               1

  [Fix]
  Lenovo Thinkpad 'X9-14 Gen 1' and 'X9-15 Gen 1' has new shortcut on F9 key
  and send a new 0x131b hkey event when F9 key is pressed.

  [Test]
  Test on the Thinkpad X9:
  $ sudo libinput record
  select the number of "ThinkPad Extra Buttons".
  Press F9 key, it shows:
      - [  0,      0,   5,   9,       0] # EV_SW / SW_CAMERA_LENS_COVER      0

  [Where problems could occur]
  It make break Intel thinkpad acpi specific event.

  They are Intel LNL which is supported from oem-6.11.
  so SRU for 6.14+ kernel versions.
  This fix is required to be fixed in oem-6.11.
