Bug description:
  [SRU Justifications]

  ========== alsa-ucm-conf ==========
  [Impact]

  Audio output volume too low via headphone on the Tarako DELTA platform
  with audio codec rt722

  [Fix]
  This requires the fix in alsa-ucm-conf package:
https://github.com/alsa-project/alsa-ucm-conf/pull/496

  [Test Case]
  1. Boot up the machine of Dell Tarako DELTA platform with rt722 codec
  2. Plug in the 3.5mm headphone and use aplay to play sound
  3. Make sure the output sound volume is expected.

  [Where problems could occur]
  It only adjust the default output volume of headphone on the Dell Tarako
DELTA platforms with the rt722 codec. Should be low risk of regression and only
limited to such platform.
