This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-
oracle-6.14/6.14.0-1007.7~24.04.1 kernel in -proposed solves the
problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If
the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-noble-linux-
oracle-6.14' to 'verification-done-noble-linux-oracle-6.14'. If the
problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-noble-linux-
oracle-6.14' to 'verification-failed-noble-linux-oracle-6.14'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how
to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!

Bug description:
The newer Linux kernel, more specifically 6.14, still suggests fdutils
package. This can be strange since it's a group of utilities for floppy disks,
and maybe there are people who could install thinking there are benefits doing
it when probably there are none.
The idea is checking if we can remove fdutils from suggestions. I understand
that suggestions, different from recommendations, are not installed together by
default, but this move should keep things more organized and clean.
