you should probably mark this Fix Released.
Note that upgrading alsa-ucm-conf in Jammy would require upgrading alsa-libs
too to support Syntax level 6

Bug description:
The current version in Mantic is 1.2.6.3-1ubuntu10 which is based on
upstream 1.2.6.3 which is from December 2021. From the 17 Ubuntu
patches [1] all except the last three are in Debian unstable 1.2.9-1.
We haven't updated since Jammy so let's do that.
