Thanks for your bug report! Unfortunately, the logs did not capture the
crash/hang details. When you encounter a system freeze next time, reboot
your system and enter this command: `sudo journalctl -k --boot -1 >
/tmp/lastboot.log` (this command will collect the system kernel log data
from the last boot, it won't contain any personal data). Upload the file
at `/tmp/lastboot.log` to this bug report so we can better understand
the issue.

I also notice you have a 14th-generation Intel CPU. Have you updated the
system BIOS at any point after you received your laptop from the seller?
