This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-gcp/6.14.0-1007.7
kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and
update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the
tag 'verification-needed-plucky-linux-gcp' to 'verification-done-plucky-
linux-gcp'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-
needed-plucky-linux-gcp' to 'verification-failed-plucky-linux-gcp'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how
to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!

Bug description:
In order to have rust support in kernel 6.14, we need to enable
CONFIG_GENDWARFKSYMS, but doing that breaks loading any kernel module
  after having this in dmesg:

  [ 0.642421] BPF: type_id=2996 offset=0 size=8
  [ 0.642999] BPF:
  [ 0.643233] BPF: Invalid offset

This is a bug in pahole, and fixed by backporting a commit
