Public bug reported:

package linux-headers-6.11.0-26-generic 6.11.0-26.26~24.04.1 failed to
install/upgrade: installed linux-headers-6.11.0-26-generic package post-
installation script subprocess returned error exit status 11

This happened after I've started (and did not complete) installing
drivers for osmo sdr - the package manager requested to make changes to
the UEFI bootloader in order to install third-party drivers, asked for a
password, but I never completed the procedure and now I've got this
update bug.
