This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-realtime/6.14.0-1003.3
kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and
update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the
tag 'verification-needed-plucky-linux-realtime' to 'verification-done-
plucky-linux-realtime'. If the problem still exists, change the tag
'verification-needed-plucky-linux-realtime' to 'verification-failed-
plucky-linux-realtime'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will
be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how
to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!

Title:
  Missing bpftool binary on riscv64

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in xdp-tools package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
For other architectures there is now a separate bpftool binary
package, however on riscv64 there appears to neither be a bpftool
binary pacakge nor a bpftool binary in the linux-rsicv-tools package.

This is likely a side effect of [0]. How can we enable building of
the bpftool binary package also for riscv64?
