Bug description:
Repeated problems with Updatre Manager - apt-get - dpkg.
Appear to stem from a file perl5/Debconf/DbDriver.pm which contains
the errorneous line "use base 1.01 # ensure that they don't have a
broken perl installation". Ironic, eh?
I tried various other things after "use base" (there should be a
package name, right?) but they didn't work.
